BetnaHouse is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product delivered electronically. There are no physical goods and no shipping involved.بيتنا هاوس منتج برمجي كخدمة (SaaS) يُسلَّم إلكترونياً. لا توجد سلع مادية ولا شحن من أي نوع.
1. How the service is deliveredكيف تُسلَّم الخدمة
Access to BetnaHouse is delivered entirely online. As soon as your account is created and your subscription (or free trial) is active, the platform is available immediately through any modern web browser — there is nothing to ship and nothing to install.يُسلَّم الوصول إلى بيتنا هاوس عبر الإنترنت بالكامل. بمجرد إنشاء حسابك وتفعيل اشتراكك (أو فترتك التجريبية المجانية) تصبح المنصة متاحة فوراً عبر أي متصفح حديث — لا يوجد ما يُشحن ولا ما يُثبَّت.
2. Activation timingتوقيت التفعيل
Free trials activate instantly upon sign-up. Paid subscriptions activate immediately once payment is confirmed by our payment processor (Paymob). If a payment is delayed by the bank or processor, access begins as soon as the payment is confirmed.تُفعَّل الفترات التجريبية المجانية فور التسجيل. وتُفعَّل الاشتراكات المدفوعة فور تأكيد الدفع من مزود الدفع (Paymob). وإذا تأخر الدفع من البنك أو المزود، يبدأ الوصول بمجرد تأكيد الدفع.
3. No physical shippingلا شحن مادي
Because the service is fully digital, no physical delivery, shipping address, or shipping fees apply. Any reference to delivery in our communications refers solely to electronic access to the platform.نظراً لأن الخدمة رقمية بالكامل، لا ينطبق أي تسليم مادي أو عنوان شحن أو رسوم شحن. وأي إشارة إلى «التسليم» في مراسلاتنا تعني فقط الوصول الإلكتروني إلى المنصة.
4. Availabilityالتوفّر
We aim to keep the platform available around the clock, subject to occasional scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where a planned interruption is expected, we will give advance notice by email.نسعى لإبقاء المنصة متاحة على مدار الساعة، باستثناء أعمال الصيانة المجدولة العَرَضية والظروف الخارجة عن إرادتنا المعقولة. وعند توقُّع انقطاع مخطَّط له، سنُخطِرك مسبقاً عبر البريد الإلكتروني.
