Refund & Cancellation Policyسياسة الاسترداد والإلغاء
This policy explains how subscriptions to BetnaHouse can be cancelled and when refunds apply. It complements our Terms of Service.توضح هذه السياسة كيفية إلغاء الاشتراك في بيتنا هاوس ومتى يُستحق الاسترداد. وهي مكمّلة لشروط الخدمة.
1. Free trialالفترة التجريبية المجانية
Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Nothing is charged during the trial, and it ends without an automatic payment.تتضمن كل باقة فترة تجريبية مجانية مدتها 14 يوماً دون بطاقة ائتمان. لا تُحصّل أي رسوم خلالها وتنتهي دون دفع تلقائي.
2. Cancelling your subscriptionإلغاء اشتراكك
• BetnaHouse terms are prepaid and never renew automatically, so there is no future charge to cancel. Simply do not purchase another term. • Your paid access remains available through the displayed term end. Contact contact@betnahouse.com if you need access terminated earlier. • Ending access early does not itself create a refund; refund eligibility is described below.• مدد بيتناهاوس مدفوعة مقدماً ولا تتجدد تلقائياً، لذلك لا توجد دفعة مستقبلية لإلغائها. ببساطة لا تشترِ مدة أخرى. • يظل وصولك المدفوع متاحاً حتى نهاية المدة المعروضة. راسل contact@betnahouse.com إذا احتجت إنهاء الوصول قبل ذلك. • إنهاء الوصول مبكراً لا ينشئ استرداداً تلقائياً؛ شروط الاسترداد موضحة أدناه.
3. Refund eligibilityأهلية الاسترداد
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for the current billing cycle once it has started, as access to the service is granted immediately. However, we will issue a refund in the following cases: • A technical failure on our side that prevents you from using the service for a prolonged period and that we are unable to resolve. • A duplicate or clearly erroneous charge. • Any case where a refund is required under Egyptian consumer-protection law. Annual plans cancelled mid-term may be eligible for a pro-rated refund of the unused full months, at our discretion.تُعدّ رسوم الاشتراك غير قابلة للاسترداد عموماً عن دورة الفوترة الحالية بعد بدئها، نظراً لمنح الوصول إلى الخدمة فوراً. ومع ذلك، نُصدر استرداداً في الحالات التالية: • عطل تقني من جانبنا يمنعك من استخدام الخدمة لفترة طويلة ولا نتمكن من حله. • رسوم مكررة أو خاطئة بوضوح. • أي حالة يستوجب فيها الاسترداد بموجب قانون حماية المستهلك المصري. قد تكون الخطط السنوية المُلغاة في منتصف المدة مؤهلة لاسترداد نسبي عن الأشهر الكاملة غير المستخدمة، وفقاً لتقديرنا.
4. How to request a refundكيفية طلب الاسترداد
To request a refund, email contact@betnahouse.com from your registered email with your account details and the reason for the request. We aim to review every request within 5 business days.لطلب الاسترداد، راسلنا على contact@betnahouse.com من بريدك المُسجَّل مع بيانات حسابك وسبب الطلب. نسعى لمراجعة كل طلب خلال 5 أيام عمل.
5. How refunds are processedكيفية معالجة الاسترداد
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment processor (Paymob). Depending on your bank, it may take 7–14 business days for the amount to appear in your account.تُعاد المبالغ المسترَدة المعتمَدة إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية عبر مزود الدفع (Paymob). وقد يستغرق ظهور المبلغ في حسابك من 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل حسب بنكك.
