These terms govern your use of BetnaHouse. By creating an account you agree to them.تحكم هذه الشروط استخدامك لمنصة بيتنا هاوس. بإنشاء حساب فأنت توافق عليها.
1. Partiesالأطراف
This agreement is between BetnaHouse ("the Platform", "we", "us") and the registering office or individual ("Subscriber", "you"). This agreement is governed by Egyptian law, including the Egyptian Civil Code (Law No. 131 of 1948) and applicable regulations.تُبرم هذه الاتفاقية بين بيتنا هاوس («المنصة»، «نحن») وبين المكتب أو الشخص المُسجِّل («المشترك»، «أنت»). تخضع هذه الاتفاقية لأحكام القانون المصري، ولا سيما القانون المدني رقم 131 لسنة 1948 وأي تشريعات ذات صلة.
2. Service descriptionوصف الخدمة
BetnaHouse is a SaaS platform providing project management tools for interior finishing offices, a client portal, quote and Mostakhles builder, meeting scheduling, and AI features. The service is provided as-is and may be updated periodically without prior notice.بيتنا هاوس منصة SaaS تُقدِّم أدوات إدارة مشاريع التشطيب الداخلي، وبوابة العملاء، وبناء العروض المالية والمستخلصات، وجدولة الاجتماعات، والذكاء الاصطناعي. تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» وقد تطرأ عليها تحديثات دورية دون إشعار مسبق.
3. Subscription and paymentالاشتراك والدفع
• The service is offered on monthly or annual subscription plans at prices listed on the website. • A 14-day free trial begins upon account creation and requires no credit card. • Plans are prepaid for the selected term and do not renew automatically. You choose when to buy the next term. • Prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and may include Egyptian VAT (14%) where applicable. • Refunds are handled under our published Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable Egyptian law.• تُقدَّم الخدمة بموجب خطط اشتراك شهرية أو سنوية بأسعار معلنة على الموقع. • تبدأ الفترة التجريبية المجانية (14 يوماً) فور إنشاء الحساب ولا تتطلب بطاقة ائتمان. • تُدفع الباقات مقدماً للمدة المختارة ولا تتجدد تلقائياً. أنت تختار متى تشتري المدة التالية. • الأسعار بالجنيه المصري (ج.م) وتشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة المصرية (14%) إن طُبِّقت. • تُعالج طلبات الاسترداد وفق سياسة الاسترداد والإلغاء المنشورة والقانون المصري واجب التطبيق.
4. Acceptable useالاستخدام المقبول
Subscribers must not: • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Egyptian law. • Attempt to breach or disrupt platform systems. • Share login credentials with unauthorised parties. • Upload offensive, misleading, or third-party rights-infringing content. We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately upon confirmed breach of these terms.يلتزم المشترك بعدم: • استخدام المنصة لأغراض غير مشروعة أو مخالفة للقانون المصري. • محاولة اختراق أو تعطيل أنظمة المنصة. • مشاركة بيانات تسجيل الدخول مع أطراف غير مرخَّصة. • رفع محتوى مسيء أو مضلل أو ينتهك حقوق الغير. يحق لنا تعليق الحساب أو إنهاؤه فوراً عند ثبوت الإخلال بهذه الشروط.
5. Data ownershipملكية البيانات
All data entered by the Subscriber (projects, clients, quotes, documents) remains exclusively the Subscriber's property. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent. Upon termination you may export your data within 30 days of the termination date.تظل جميع البيانات التي يُدخلها المشترك (مشاريع، عملاء، عروض، وثائق) ملكاً حصرياً له. نحن لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أطراف ثالثة إلا بموجب القانون أو بموافقتك الصريحة. عند إنهاء الاشتراك يحق لك تصدير بياناتك خلال 30 يوماً من تاريخ الإنهاء.
6. Intellectual propertyالملكية الفكرية
The platform, its design, source code, and algorithms are the exclusive intellectual property of BetnaHouse. A subscription grants no ownership rights in the platform. Copying, disassembling, or reverse-engineering any part of the platform is prohibited.المنصة وتصميمها وكودها المصدري وخوارزمياتها ملكية حصرية لبيتنا هاوس. لا يمنح الاشتراك أي حقوق ملكية في المنصة. يُحظر نسخ أو تفكيك أو إعادة هندسة أي جزء من المنصة.
7. Limitation of liabilityتحديد المسؤولية
The platform is not liable for any indirect or incidental losses arising from use of or interruption to the service. Our maximum liability in all circumstances is limited to the subscription fee paid in the month preceding the dispute, to the extent permitted by Egyptian law.لا تتحمل المنصة المسؤولية عن أي خسائر غير مباشرة أو عرضية ناجمة عن استخدام الخدمة أو انقطاعها. الحد الأقصى لمسؤوليتنا في جميع الأحوال هو مبلغ الاشتراك المدفوع في الشهر السابق لنشأة النزاع، وذلك في حدود ما يسمح به القانون المصري.
8. Governing law and disputesالقانون الواجب التطبيق وتسوية النزاعات
This agreement is governed by Egyptian law. Any dispute should first be resolved amicably. If that fails, the Cairo courts of first instance shall have exclusive jurisdiction.تخضع هذه الاتفاقية للقانون المصري. في حالة نشوء أي نزاع يُفضَّل حله ودياً أولاً. إذا تعذَّر ذلك تختص محاكم القاهرة الابتدائية بالنظر في النزاع.
9. Modificationsالتعديلات
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you at your registered email at least 14 days before any material change takes effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. سنُبلِّغك عبر البريد الإلكتروني المُسجَّل قبل 14 يوماً من سريان أي تعديل جوهري. استمرارك في استخدام المنصة بعد سريان التعديلات يُعدّ قبولاً لها.
